Poker Player Wins Merge Gaming’s Massive Bad Beat Jackpot

Merge Gaming Network recently announced that a lucky poker player, who goes by the username Eulson, has won a huge $355,092 money prize after triggering the million-dollar bad beat jackpot.

In order to qualify for Merge gaming’s bad beat jackpot, a player must be at a table with at least 4 opponents and has to be holding a minimum of 4 sevens in their hand upon being defeated.

How prize money is accumulated for the bad beat jackpot is as follows:  Operators only keep 50 cents for each pot from the total betting amount with 70% of the entire amount being shared among the participants.  While 25% of the amount remaining is given to players, 30% goes to the bad beat jackpot from which the house takes a 10% administration fee.   The reaming 20% of the jackpot continues on for the next windfall round.   As it stands now, it is estimated that over $200,000 makes up the current value of windfall.
